What Dealinit produces

A current view of the deal, backed by the underlying evidence.

  • Where the transaction stands today
  • The decisions still waiting on someone
  • What should happen next, and who owns it

None of it is wrong. It is simply spread across six places, and only one person is holding it together.

Advisors run tighter processes with Dealinit.

Reconstruct the deal

Reconstruct the deal without chasing updates across six places.

Keep decisions grounded

Keep decisions tied to the evidence behind them.

Catch issues early

Surface diligence issues before they become closing problems.

The hardest part of a deal isn’t finding more information. It’s knowing what matters now.

Dealinit keeps the answer to that question current, and always traceable back to the underlying evidence.

Access
Share only the decision and evidence they need

Security never comes second.

You are holding a seller’s financials, a buyer’s intent, and a transaction that fails if either leaks. Dealinit is built so that one decision can be shared without opening the rest of the deal.

Controls
Encryption at rest and in transit
Documents and messages are encrypted while stored and while moving.
Scoped access
Share only the decision and evidence they need.
Full audit trail
Every view, edit, and sign-off is recorded with actor and timestamp.
Minimal retention
Deal material stays in your workspace. We do not use it to train models.

Questions we get
What counts as a user?
Anyone on your side who works in the workspace. Outside participants such as a CPA, a lender, or opposing counsel are invited to a single decision and are never billed.
What if I run several deals?
Deals are unlimited on Pro. Price is per user, not per transaction, so a second or fifth live deal costs nothing extra.
Is a card required during early access?
No. Requesting access costs nothing and takes no sales call. Billing only begins once you accept a workspace and start a real deal.
